KD - Koeln-Duesseldorfer Rhine Passenger Ferries
Run from Easter to the end of October, offering trips from Ruedesheim along the romantic Rhine valley and to Mainz. The fleet boasts sixteen comfortable ships, including the 70 kph hydrofoil "Rheinjet"; modern big-engined four-deckers, and nostalgic, steam-driven paddle boats such as the "Goethe".
Example: Return trip from Ruedesheim to Loreley cost 30 DEM, return to Bacharach, 22 DEM.

Roessler Passenger Ferries
Castle tours for individual guests from Easter until the end of October. Group tours between Mainz and Koblenz throughout the year. Daily Loreley trips for groups, also in winter upon arrangement. From Assmannshausen, landing-stage 2: 2.15 pm, 2.45 pm, 4 pm, 4.30 pm, 5.40 pm, 6 pm. From Ruedesheim, landing-stage 16: 3.20 pm, 5.10 pm, 6.35 pm. Fares: adults 10 DEM, reduction for groups and children.

The Ruedesheimer Winzerexpress
The Ruedesheimer Winzerexpress is a tractor-drawn train that takes you on a sight-seeing tour through the vineyards, explaining vineculture and sights. Departure point is in the pedestrian zone of Oberstrasse (in front of the Music Cabinet). Fares: adults 7 DEM; reduction for groups, schoolgoers and children.
